Housekeeping and front desk supervisors wanted at Lake Powell

Ticaboo Lodge and Resort is hiring for Lodge positions for our busy season that runs from May until November!
We are hiring supervisory roles for the front desk and housekeeping. Both roles are very similar and both involve cross training at the front desk and housekeeping, since both work so closely together. Both roles involve the following:
Ensuring guests are properly checked in the lodge into clean stocked rooms.
Deliver positive leadership to employees on a daily basis.
Schedule appropriately in accordance with occupancy and needs weekly.
Provide excellent, professional guest service.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Supervision and motivation of employees daily
Competency (training included) on the lodge room system to view check ins and housekeeping reports
Inspecting guest rooms to ensure they are cleaned and stocked to standards
Ensuring guest service is delivered on the phone and in person from check in to check out
Qualifications
Prior experience of at least one year in a supervisory experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
All applicants who are offered a position are required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen before on boarding.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
